Account and data deletion

You can permanently delete an authenticated 3AF Fitness Club account inside the app without contacting support.

Delete inside the app

• Open the You area.
• Open your account overview and tap Delete account.
• Review the warning and tap Delete permanently.
• If you signed in with Apple, confirm with the same Apple account so 3AF can revoke that authorization before deleting the account.

Successful in-app deletion removes the Supabase authentication account and customer-owned cloud rows configured to cascade with it, then signs the app out. This includes synced profiles, daily logs, workout sets, food and water logs, body updates, check-ins, and related customer-owned AI telemetry. Confirmed records stored locally on the device are separate from the deleted cloud account.

If you cannot access the app

Email hello@3afitnessclub.com from the address linked to your account when possible. Include your name and whether you are a client or trainer. We aim to process a verified support request within 30 days.

Limits

Deletion does not control information that a service provider must temporarily retain for security, legal, or abuse-prevention purposes. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
